We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents in selecting suitable academic and qualified training programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, explaining course details, conducting follow-ups, converting leads into admissions, and achieving assigned admission targets. The role requires excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records.
Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission status.
Participate in promotional activities, education fairs, and institutional campaigns.
Provide regular reports on counselling activities and admission performance.
