Key Responsibilities:
Ability to understand the problem; translate, and express ideas in a logical and explicit sequence
Capability to identify and resolve the client’s problems in the specific context
Potential to achieve professional goals by learning current skills and adapting to ever changing environment
Prior work experience in similar domain of not less than six months
Willingness to learn and accept new challenges
Flexibility to work in US/UK shifts
Essential qualifications and skills
A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institute/university with good academic track record
Master degree holders may also be considered but without any extra weightage
Good verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Internet and email writing skills
