Prepare and maintain the master construction programme (MS Project / Primavera) from piling through handover, aligned to the target opening date.
Break the programme into contractor-wise and package-wise schedules; establish the critical path and update it monthly.
Track long-lead procurement (lifts, transformer/DG, chillers, glazing, kitchen/laundry equipment, FF&E;) - maintain order-by dates working back from the opening date and flag slippages early.
Monitor physical progress at site against programme; prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with catch-up plans for delays.
Coordinate drawing and decision schedules - track which drawings/approvals are due from consultants and owner to keep site unblocked.
Prepare look-ahead schedules (2-week / monthly) for site execution and contractor coordination meetings.
Maintain hindrance registers and delay documentation to protect the owner's position on contractor EOT/claims.




Support cash-flow phasing - convert the construction programme into quarterly spend projections for the funding plan.

Ideal fit

A planner who has run the programme on a live construction site, not only prepared baseline schedules in an office. Must be fluent in MS Project or Primavera P6, able to read structural and MEP drawings well enough to sequence them, and assertive enough to chase consultants and contractors for dates. Experience on a hotel, hospital or similar services-heavy building is preferred - MEP-finishing sequencing is where hotel programmes are won or lost. The delay-documentation habit matters: we want someone who writes things down when they happen, not after a dispute starts.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
