Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Care
Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients.
Monitor vital signs and patient condition regularly.
Assist doctors during rounds and procedures.
Prepare patients for examinations, surgeries, and procedures.
Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
Medication & Treatment
Administer medications as prescribed by the consultant.
Follow proper dosage, timing, and documentation protocols.
Ensure safe IV line management and injections.
Monitor and report adverse drug reactions.
Documentation
Maintain IP case sheets, nursing notes, and medication charts.
Clearly mention insurance / non-insurance status where required.
Record intake-output charting.
Ensure proper handover during shift change.
Infection Control
Follow infection control protocols and hand hygiene practices.
Maintain cleanliness of patient care area.
Proper disposal of biomedical waste.




Coordination
Coordinate with doctors, ICU, OT, pharmacy, and insurance department.
Communicate patient condition updates to Nursing In-Charge.
Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and discharge instructions.
Emergency Handling
Identify emergencies and respond promptly.
Assist in CPR and emergency procedures.
Shift patients safely when required.
Compliance & Discipline
Follow hospital policies and duty roster strictly.
Avoid continuous leave without approval.
Maintain qualified behavior with patients and staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
