House of Fett is a premium women’s fashion brand offering contemporary and trend-driven apparel through its retail stores across India. We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Fashion Consultant to join our retail team.

Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate fashion and styling recommendations.
Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
Drive customer conversion, average bill value, and repeat purchases.
Maintain strong knowledge of House of Fett collections, products, fabrics, fits, and ongoing promotions.
Provide personalized styling advice based on customers’ preferences, occasions, and requirements.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
Maintain excellent visual merchandising, product presentation, and store grooming standards.
Ensure proper display, tagging, folding, replenishment,



and stock organization.
Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and team coordination.
Assist and guide Fashion Consultants and new team members whenever required.
Monitor customer interactions and help the team improve selling techniques.
Maintain accurate product and stock information and coordinate with the store team for stock requirements.
Follow all company policies, SOPs, grooming standards, and attendance guidelines.
Build long-term relationships with customers and contribute to a premium shopping experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
