Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally/Tally Prime and at least 2 years of experience in an Accounts Department.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Tally Prime.
Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment documents.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Track expenses and maintain supporting documents.




Prepare account statements and reconciliation reports.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Maintain proper physical and digital accounting records.

Requirements & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Accounts Department.
Tally / Tally Prime experience is mandatory.
Valuable knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
