Management Trainee – Factory Operations & Business Management

We are looking for young, ambitious management graduates who want to learn how a real business is built — from the factory floor upwards.
This is not a desk job.
You will spend time on our manufacturing floor, understand how people, materials, production and deadlines actually work, and gradually take responsibility for managing teams and improving the way work gets done.
Your job will be to bring structure to an unstructured setting.
You will work on:
Managing and coordinating production teams
Tracking jobs, timelines, bottlenecks and output
Bringing accountability and discipline to daily operations
Using technology, dashboards and AI tools to improve execution
Converting manual processes into structured systems
Identifying problems on the floor and solving them
Working directly with supervisors, craftsmen and management
Gradually taking ownership of departments and business outcomes
Who are we looking for?
Recent MBA / BBA / management graduates with 0–2 years of experience.
We care less about your previous designation and more about whether you are:
Smart. Hungry. Hands-on. Comfortable with technology.
You should enjoy solving messy problems, working with people and taking responsibility.
You must be willing to walk the factory floor, understand the smallest details and earn the respect of the team before managing it.

Management Trainee → Department Owner → Factory Business Manager → Leadership Role
