Main responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day warehouse operations.
Supervise warehouse/refilling staff and allocate daily work.
Manage inward and outward stock.
Maintain daily stock/inventory records.
Monitor FMCG products, packaging material and vending-machine refill stock.
Check quantity and condition of material received and dispatched.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Prepare daily stock and dispatch reports.
Coordinate with drivers, refill staff and management.
Track shortages, damages, wastage and stock discrepancies.
Ensure proper warehouse cleanliness, safety and discipline.
Maintain attendance and daily manpower records.
Ensure timely dispatch of material to different locations.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
For FMCG warehousing specifically, inventory control, picking/packing, labelling, storage and safety are standard supervisor responsibilities.
Candidate profile
Must have:
2+ years of warehouse/store supervision experience.
FMCG, distribution, retail, logistics or similar experience preferred.
Valuable knowledge of stock handling and inventory management.
Ability to manage workers.
Basic Excel/computer knowledge.
Valuable communication in Punjabi/Hindi; basic English.
Responsible and disciplined.
Comfortable working on the warehouse floor.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
