We are looking for a Field Business Growth Executive to drive customer acquisition and business growth through field sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, promoting broadband/fiber internet services, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire current customers through field visits and direct sales.
Generate leads through market visits, referrals, local business networks, and customer interactions.
Promote broadband, fiber internet, and related services.
Conduct customer meetings and explain plans, offers, and service benefits.
Achieve daily, monthly, and assigned sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for installation and service activation.
Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, business development, telecom, broadband, or a related industry.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
