Job Description

1.Review market research done by Executives and identify relevant opportunities.

2.Monitor lead generation and ensure quality leads are being generated by Executives.

3.Handle significant client communications and guide Executives in client handling.

4.Verify requirements collected by Executives and coordinate for necessary information.

5.Check quotations and proposals prepared by Executives before submission.

6.Coordinate with internal departments for timely completion of customer requirements.

7.Monitor follow-ups performed by Executives and ensure timely action.

8.Verify CRM records and reports maintained by Executives.

9.Check and consolidate Executive reports and submit updates to AM.

10.Guide Executives, verify their work, and support achievement of team targets.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Master of Business Application, Business Administration,



or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
Good understanding of pharma markets, lead generation, customer requirements, quotations, and commercial processes.
Ability to guide Executives, monitor leads, manage client communication, and achieve assigned targets.
Solid communication, negotiation, follow-up, CRM, and reporting skills.
