Job Overview
Treemendous Plants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and plant-passionate Operations Executive – Horticulture to oversee indoor plant maintenance services across client locations. The role involves managing gardening operations, ensuring plant health, maintaining service quality, and building solid client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise gardeners and ensure proper plant maintenance activities such as watering, pruning, fertilization, pest control, and plant replacement.
Monitor plant health and maintain high standards of indoor landscaping at client sites.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure service quality.
Coordinate daily horticulture operations across multiple locations.
Maintain plant inventory, service records, and site reports.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address service-related queries and feedback.
Recommend suitable plant replacements and indoor landscaping improvements.
Ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules and operational tasks.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of indoor plants and plant care.
Ability to manage multiple sites and supervise field staff effectively.
Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
