Core Responsibilities
Own and manage the Cisco ACI setting and ensure secure data-centre operations.
Handle L2+ escalations, complex troubleshooting and RCA for production issues.
Lead ACI deployments, migrations, upgrades and major changes.
Drive network optimisation, capacity planning and proactive improvements.
Maintain ACI configuration, documentation and operational standards.
Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 engineers and coordinate with customers/OEM teams.
