The HR Executive is responsible for supporting all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll assistance, compliance, and maintaining employee records. This role ensures HR processes run smoothly and contribute to a positive and productive work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job openings.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads for interviews.
Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires.
Employee Records & HR Systems
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor laws.
Attendance & Payroll Support
Track attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure accurate salary processing.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Support audits and legal documentation requirements.
Training & Development
Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Valuable knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
Working Conditions:
Full time role.
Office-based; may require occasional travel for recruitment or training.
