We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive – Marble to handle customer enquiries, explain marble products, generate sales leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements for marble and related products.
Explain product specifications, availability, and pricing.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Prepare quotations and coordinate customer orders.
Maintain customer records and databases.
Coordinate with showroom, warehouse, and delivery teams.
Follow up with customers until order closure.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Support the sales team in achieving targets.
Required Skills

Experience in inside sales preferred.
Basic knowledge of marble, tiles, or building materials.
