Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and allocate daily jobs to technicians.
Monitor workshop workflow and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
Inspect repair and service quality before vehicle delivery.
Support technicians in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Coordinate with Service Advisors for job status and customer requirements.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Monitor technician productivity and job efficiency.
Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
Handle technical escalations and support quick resolution of complaints.
Follow company and manufacturer service standards.
Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical preferred.
2–5 years of experience in two-wheeler/automobile service operations.
Positive technical and team-handling skills.
Robust communication and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage workshop operations under pressure.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
