Kulthiaa Jewel is looking for a hands-on E-Commerce & Digital Growth qualified to build and manage our online business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and continuously improve the e-commerce website
Product listing, descriptions, images, pricing, collections & inventory coordination
Plan and execute Performance Marketing campaigns across Meta & Google
Drive website traffic, leads, conversions and online sales
Monitor ROAS, customer acquisition, analytics and campaign performance
Manage SEO, Google Shopping, retargeting, WhatsApp & email marketing
Coordinate product shoots, content and digital campaigns
Identify opportunities to improve website experience and conversion
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience in E-commerce & Digital Marketing
Solid knowledge of Shopify / WooCommerce, Meta Ads & Google Ads
Positive understanding of analytics, conversion optimisation and performance marketing
Experience in Jewellery, Fashion, Luxury or D2C brands will be an advantage
Creative, analytical and result-oriented with the ability to work independently
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to take ownership of and grow the entire online business.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
