Job Summary
Seeking a Sales Manager – Hotel / Hospitality to drive revenue through corporate sales, room bookings, and banquet business. The role involves developing client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
1) Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2) Generate business through corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
3) Handle room bookings, group reservations, and banquet sales.
4) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
5) Conduct sales calls, site visits, and client meetings.
6) Prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiate pricing.
7) Coordinate with operations teams for successful event execution.
8) Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Maintain sales reports and MIS documentation.

Skills & Requirements
1) Experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, or hospitality industry.
2) Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3) Ability to achieve targets and generate recent business.
4) Knowledge of local market and client network is an advantage.
5) Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
