Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, explaining products, and maintaining an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the retail store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Explain product features, advantages, pricing, and offers.
Generate sales through effective communication and product demonstrations.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain proper product displays and merchandising.
Check product availability and coordinate with the inventory team.




Support billing and other store operations when required.
Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Follow company sales and customer-service policies.

Eligibility
10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-friendly and positive attitude.
Ability to work towards sales targets.
Tamil communication is preferred.
