Responsbilities
Make outbound calls to customers or potential customers.
Receive and answer incoming customer calls.
Explain products, services, offers, and company policies.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain positive communication and build customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable information.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests politely.
Record call details, customer information, and follow-up status.
Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.
