Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated System Administrator to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and end-user support. The ideal candidate should have basic hands-on knowledge of system administration and troubleshooting.
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and operating systems.
Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software-related issues.
Troubleshoot system, network, printer, and connectivity problems.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
Install and configure required software and applications.
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
Maintain IT asset records and system documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers whenever required.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and networking concepts.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user management.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of hardware and software installation.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Pay: ₹22,956.26 - ₹25,094.00 per month
