Roles and Responsibilities

· Requirement Analysis: Disassemble and analyze existing mechanical components to understand design and functionality.

· Design Development: Develop accurate 3D CAD models and technical drawings from physical samples and specifications.

· Manufacturing Concept: Propose and implement design improvements to enhance performance and manufacturability.

· Prototype Development: creating a working model of a product to test and refine the design before mass production.

· Documentation and Standards: Create documentation for a common understanding of the product, its attributes, functions and specifications following automotive standards including QFT, FMEA. Conduct CAD modeling as required.

Qualified Experience

· Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD 3D/2D, Solid Works

· Valuable Knowledge on 3D Printing

· Valuable knowledge of metal cutting, welding like metal fabrication

Competence Level





· Solidworks : Proficiency in Sheet Metal, Weldments & Solid Modeling (3D)

· AUTOCAD: Knowledgeable in Drafting (2D) & Nesting
