Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth by acquiring and onboarding insurance brokers onto the company's Employee Benefits technology platform.
Build and nurture relationships with insurance brokers, insurance companies, TPAs, and key industry stakeholders.
Demonstrate the value proposition of the platform and conduct product presentations, demos, and solution discussions.
Identify opportunities to expand platform adoption across broker networks and Employee clients.
Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure successful implementation and partner onboarding.
Develop strategic partnerships that increase platform usage and revenue.
Stay updated on Employee Advantages market trends, broker requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.
Consistently achieve sales and business development targets.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
