We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Captain to supervise restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide restaurant staff.
Handle guest orders and requests.
Ensure smooth food and beverage service.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
Handle guest complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and service standards.
Requirements: 2+ years of restaurant experience, valuable communication skills, leadership ability, and a customer-focused attitude.
