Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Kitchen Helper to assist the Chef and kitchen team with daily food preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Chef and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
Wash, clean, peel, and cut vegetables and other ingredients.
Assist in preparing basic kitchen items as instructed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Clean kitchen utensils, vessels, work surfaces, and equipment.
Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies.
Keep ingredients and kitchen items properly arranged.
Help with dishwashing and maintaining a clean kitchen area.
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.




Support the kitchen team during busy restaurant hours.
Minimize food wastage and use ingredients responsibly.
Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Chef or management.

Requirements
Previous kitchen or hotel experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
Willingness to learn cooking and kitchen operations.
Ability to work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills.
