Role Overview

Bizcat is looking for a Lead Creative Strategist who can lead creative thinking across content, design, video, and campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a brand objective and turn it into a strong creative direction, while guiding the content, design, and video teams from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead creative strategy and campaign ideation for multiple brands.
Develop content strategies, campaign concepts, hooks, scripts, and social media ideas.
Guide designers, video editors, content creators, and production teams.
Review and improve creative outputs to maintain quality and brand consistency.
Plan creative concepts for Reels, ads, brand films, and digital campaigns.
Use AI tools for ideation, AI video creation, and AI-assisted editing.
Coordinate with strategy, marketing, and client servicing teams.

Required Skills
Solid creative strategy and ideation skills.
Content writing,



content creation, and content strategy.
Qualified video editing knowledge.
AI video generation and AI editing skills.
Strong knowledge of Adobe tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Good understanding of video production, scripting, storyboarding, shoots, and post-production.
Robust understanding of branding, social media, and digital advertising.

Requirements
5+ years of relevant agency or creative industry experience.
Experience leading creative teams or projects.
Strong portfolio across campaigns, content, design, and video.
Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
