Qualifications / Skills Required
Solid understanding of Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
Prior experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant digital channels, preferably for brands, organisations, communities or qualified platforms.
Strong content creation and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging, relevant and premium-quality digital content.
Proficiency in Graphic Designing, Canva, Video Editing, Mobile Videography and Photography.
Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and video-generation tools, including Google Gemini Flow and other relevant AI platforms, is highly desirable.
Ability to independently conceptualise, create, shoot and edit Reels,



short-form videos, social media creatives, carousels, stories and other digital content.
Ability to understand and maintain a premium, professional and consistent brand aesthetic across digital platforms.
Ability to monitor and analyse social media metrics, audience engagement and content performance, and use insights to improve content and campaigns.
Robust written and spoken English, with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Strong creative thinking, attention to detail and ability to identify and adapt to emerging social media trends, formats and digital practices.
Ability to work independently, manage timelines and take ownership of assigned content and social media responsibilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
