Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 3–7 years in DRI / Steel Plant
Job Purpose-
Supervise RHMS operations to ensure secure, continuous, and effective handling of raw materials for uninterrupted DRI plant operation.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise operation of crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors, and hoppers.
Ensure continuous and proper material flow as per production requirements.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
Monitor material spillage, choking, and housekeeping.
Maintain shift records, equipment checklists, and operational reports.
Coordinate with Control Room, Production, Maintenance, and other departments.
Ensure proper start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures.
Key Skills
RHMS/crusher/conveyor operation knowledge
Team handling and shift supervision
Basic equipment troubleshooting
Safety awareness and coordination skills
