Job Summary

We are looking for Customer Care Executives to join our customer support team in Gurugram. The role involves assisting customers through voice and chat channels, understanding their concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring timely resolution of queries.

Both freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries, requests, and concerns through voice and chat.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
Understand customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
Maintain a qualified and customer-focused approach during interactions.
Record and update customer interaction details accurately.
Follow company policies, quality guidelines, and service-level requirements.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.




Meet individual and team performance and quality targets.
Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Robust customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with support applications.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional attitude with attention to detail.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Eligibility
12th Pass, Undergraduate, or Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
Good English communication skills are required.
Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
