We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Application Engineer with solid technical knowledge + sales experience who can understand customer requirements, provide technical solutions, generate new business opportunities, and convert them into orders.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships
Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Provide application-based technical solutions
Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers
Convert leads and opportunities into orders
Conduct regular customer visits
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams
Provide technical & commercial support to customers
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering – Preferred/Required
Candidates with 12th + Diploma in Mechanical Engineering may also be considered.
Mandatory Requirements
Robust Sales + Application Engineering experience
Good technical knowledge
Ability to understand customer problems and provide relevant solutions
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
100% Field Sales – candidate must be comfortable with regular customer visits
Secure career history; candidates with frequent job switches may not be considered
Mechanical Engineering background is preferred
