HOUSEKEEPING APPRENTICE

Hotel Management Diploma or Degree required

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Housekeeping Department in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the hotel.
Support the team in cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and service areas.
Assist in bed making, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom cleaning as per hotel standards.
Learn and follow proper housekeeping procedures, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Assist in maintaining and replenishing guest room amenities and supplies.
Support the team in handling linen, uniforms, and housekeeping supplies.
Assist with the proper collection, storage, and distribution of linen and laundry.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the concerned supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping stores and equipment.
Assist in preparing rooms for guest arrivals and special requirements.
Follow proper procedures for the use and storage of cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment.




Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with guests and hotel staff.
Support the Housekeeping Supervisor and team in daily operational activities.
Participate in training programs to develop practical knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations.
Follow all hotel policies related to grooming, discipline, hygiene, safety, and guest service.

Candidate Profile
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management.
Freshers are welcome; candidates with internship or hotel training experience will be preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good grooming and professional appearance.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a rapid-paced hotel environment.
Solid team-player with a responsible and disciplined approach.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as per hotel requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
