About the Role
We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to promote and generate leads for our ERP and Business Software Solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective businesses, understanding their requirements, explaining our software solutions, and generating qualified leads and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective B2B customers.
Introduce and explain ASKKi ERP and business software solutions.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential opportunities.
Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp/email.
Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects until closure or handover to the sales team.
Maintain daily call and lead records in CRM.
Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation and sales targets.
Requirements
B.Com, BBA or any graduate with Tally knowledge
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers and professionals over the phone.
Good convincing and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email and web applications.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Work From Home Requirements
Laptop/Desktop with reliable internet connection.
Quiet place suitable for making business calls.
Smartphone with WhatsApp.
Ability to work independently and maintain regular follow-ups.
Preferred
Experience in Tele Sales, B2B Sales, Software Sales, ERP Sales, SaaS Sales, Tally/SAP/Accounting Software or IT Services will be an advantage.
