We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Intern to support our HR team in recruitment and day-to-day HR activities while gaining practical exposure to different areas of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring records.
Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Assist in Learning & Development and training coordination.
Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and HR events.
Assist with attendance, employee communication,



and routine HR operations.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.
Coordinate with senior HR and management team.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed an MBA/PGDM in HR
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Eagerness to learn and take responsibility.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
