Operate conventional milling machines safely and efficiently.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
Perform milling, drilling, slotting, facing, keyway, and other machining operations.
Select and set suitable cutting tools, cutters, speeds, and feeds.
Properly set and clamp workpieces using vice, fixtures, and other holding devices.
Check component dimensions using vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, and other measuring instruments.
Maintain required accuracy and surface finish as per drawing specifications.
Perform in-process inspection and correct machining deviations when required.
Follow production schedules and complete jobs within the required time.
Maintain proper housekeeping around the machine and work area.
Carry out basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and daily maintenance.
Follow company safety procedures and use required PPE.
Report machine problems, tool wear, material issues, or quality problems to the supervisor.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
