Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for various technical positions.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles
Contribute to a fast-paced and high-growth team
Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms.
Robust resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
