We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Call Centre Executives with prior experience in the BPO/Call Centre industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries and maintaining effective customer communication.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Understand and resolve customer queries professionally.
Conduct regular customer follow-ups.
Maintain accurate customer and call records.
Coordinate with the internal team for timely query resolution.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
Graduate in any stream.
1–2 years of experience in BPO / Call Centre.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Candidate should be confident, polite and target-oriented.

Porvorim, North Goa, Goa
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
