Job Summary
We are hiring Tele Sales Executives for a loan sales process. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, customer qualification, loan counselling, and follow-up until the loan disbursement stage.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Generate and qualify loan leads.
Understand customer financial requirements.
Explain suitable loan products and eligibility criteria.
Provide basic loan counselling to customers.
Collect and verify required documents.
Maintain customer details and updates in CRM.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers.
Coordinate with the Operations Team until loan disbursement.
Identify prospects for cross-selling.
Achieve daily calling and lead-generation targets.
Candidate Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Ability to handle outbound calls and customer objections.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Prior experience in loan sales, telesales, BFSI, or related fields will be preferred.
