The role involves basic online activities, customer communication, team coordination and following company guidelines and processes.

Responsibilities: Handle basic online activities using a smartphone and internet Communicate with customers and team members Share relevant information through online platforms Follow assigned processes and company guidelines Attend online training and meetings when required Maintain regular communication with the team

Requirements: Age 18 years or above Smartphone with internet connection Basic communication skills Basic knowledge of online applications and social media Willingness to learn No prior experience required
