Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Marketing & Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into admissions, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, field visits, and other marketing activities.
Contact prospective students/customers and explain our courses, programs, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into admissions.
Achieve assigned monthly admission and lead-conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the Academic and Admissions teams for the smooth onboarding of students.
Conduct follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
Participate in promotional activities, education fairs, college visits, and other marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain good relationships with students, parents, colleges, and other stakeholders.




Identify current business opportunities and support the team in expanding the academy's reach.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
Handle customer queries and provide timely information about courses, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
Perform other sales and marketing activities assigned by the management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, counselling, or marketing. Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM/lead management tools.
Candidates with experience in the education/training sector will be preferred.
Willingness to travel for college visits and promotional activities when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
