1.Supervise housekeeping staff Assign daily duties, monitor attendance, grooming, and work performance 2.Ensure room cleanliness: Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas to maintain hotel standards. 3.Manage housekeeping materials: Track linen, toiletries, cleaning chemicals, and equipment to prevent wastage or shortages. 4.Handle maintenance & guest issues: Report defects immediately and coordinate with maintenance for repairs; address housekeeping related guest complaints. 5.Maintain records & productivity: Complete daily checklists, room status updates, inventory records, and ensure staff complete assigned work on timeHow will you manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure all rooms are cleaned on time? 2. Room Cleaning: Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and assigned areas as per hotel standards. Guest Supplies: Replenish toiletries, towels, linen and other guest amenities. Hygiene & Presentation: Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and the overall appearance of the hotel. Material & Inventory Control: Use housekeeping materials responsibly and report shortages, damages or wastage. Guest Service & Reporting: Respond politely to guest requests, report maintenance issues and submit room status updates to the HK supervisor.
Safety & Security: Follow hotel safety procedures, report suspicious activities, and immediately inform the supervisor about accidents or emergencies

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
