Deliver lectures, seminars, and tutorials in core and elective management subjects (e.g., Marketing, Finance, HR, Strategy, Operations, Entrepreneurship, etc.).
Design and update course curriculum in line with industry and academic trends.
Use creative teaching methodologies, case studies, simulations, and experiential learning tools.
Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and career development.
Conduct independent and team-oriented research in management and allied areas.
Publish research papers in reputed national and international journals.
Present papers at academic conferences and seminars.
Guide Ph.D. scholars and M.Phil. dissertations.
Contribute to departmental planning, academic committees, and institutional policies.
Play an active role in accreditation, rankings, and quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with industry for guest lectures, live projects, consultancy, and research funding.
