Requirements:
Minimum 2-7years in a similar leadership role (Assistant Manager or Senior Captain) in a rapid-paced restaurant or bar workplace.
Proven experience in a bar. You must be comfortable discussing wines, spirits, and cocktails with guests and supervising bar staff.
Very good English skills are a must. You should be able to understand guest preferences easily and speak clearly to both customers and your team.
Highly energetic, proactive, and physically active. We are looking for someone who "leads from the front" rather than from an office.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
