Soulocal is a quick-commerce marketplace connecting customers with local stores for quick and convenient online shopping. We are expanding our partner network and looking for energetic Vendor Sales Executives to bring local stores onto the Soulocal platform.

What You’ll Do
Visit supermarkets, grocery stores, retail shops, pharmacies, and other local businesses.
Identify potential stores and introduce them to Soulocal.
Explain the benefits of selling through the Soulocal platform.
Convince and onboard current stores as Soulocal partners.
Collect KYC, business, bank, and other required documents.
Complete the merchant onboarding process and coordinate for store activation.
Coordinate with the Catalogue and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Help ensure store details and product information are correctly updated.
Follow up with interested store owners and convert leads into active partners.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing and newly onboarded vendors.
Achieve daily and monthly store onboarding targets.
Share daily field visit, lead, and onboarding reports.
Track competitor activities and provide useful market feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve initial vendor onboarding issues.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable speaking with shop owners and business people.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage daily field visits.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Candidates with sales, field sales, business development, or merchant acquisition experience will be preferred.
