Clinical Operations Lead

Role & Responsibilities
Coordinate and support day-to-day clinical research and study operations.
Coordinate with investigators, doctors, study sites, clients, and internal teams.
Assist in study start-up, documentation, data collection, follow-ups, and study closure activities.
Maintain study trackers, timelines, documents, and project updates.
Ensure activities are performed as per study protocols, SOPs, and applicable ICH-GCP requirements.
Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Project Management, Data Management, Medical Writing, Statistics, and Regulatory teams.
Monitor project progress, pending activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Identify and escalate operational issues and support timely resolution.
Maintain accurate and confidential study-related records.




Experienced candidates may additionally handle team coordination, project ownership, and investigator/client communication.
Freshers will be considered and provided appropriate training and guidance in clinical research operations.

Eligibility
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / BDS / MDS / B.Sc. / M.Sc. Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Clinical Research or relevant healthcare/life-science qualification.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior experience in Clinical Research, Clinical Operations, CRO, Pharma, or Healthcare Research will be preferred.
Positive communication, coordination, documentation, follow-up, and MS Office skills required.
Candidates from Rajasthan will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
