Qualifications and Experience: Graduate. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling Ecommerce Dispatch Process.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Order Dispatch & Timelines:
Ensure timely dispatch of B2B & B2C orders across all ecommerce portals as per defined TAT.
Verify physical product and quantity against invoice before dispatch.
Packing & Handover Accuracy:
Ensure timely and accurate packing of all B2B & B2C orders.
Ensure B2C order count matches the manifest during handover.
Documentation & Records:
Maintain day-wise manifest records in PDF format for easy retrieval.
Keep accurate records of daily dispatches and pickups.
Dispute & Return Management:
Raise and resolve disputes related to pickups and returns.
Ensure return entries are updated on time and shared with relevant teams.
Inventory Coordination:




Share reports on low-moving inventory and packaging material, including shelf-life details, with the inventory team.
Team & Operations Management:
Lead and guide the packaging team to ensure smooth operations.
Allocate manpower efficiently to maximize productivity.
Pickup Follow-ups:
Ensure timely pickup of B2C orders and escalate issues if required.
Ensure timely pickup of B2B orders as per appointments and escalate issues to the concerned KAM when necessary.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
