Math & Science Teaching Assistant

Curriculum: IB | IGCSE | ICSE

Saarthi Learning Studio is looking for a responsible, proactive, and academically strong Math & Science Teaching Assistant to support our teaching team and help ensure smooth academic operations and consistent student progress.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with students, has a solid foundation in Mathematics and Science, and is willing to take responsibility for both classroom support and academic follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities :
Test Paper Checking

Check and evaluate students’ test papers accurately and identify areas that require improvement.
Classroom Assistance

Assist teachers during classes and stay updated with the topics, concepts, assignments, and learning objectives being covered.
Class Substitution

Be prepared to independently conduct a class when the main teacher is unavailable.
Homework Checking & Follow-up

Regularly check homework and assignments and follow up with students regarding pending or incomplete work.
Class Synopsis

Prepare and maintain a transparent synopsis of the topics and concepts covered in each class.
Student Progress Tracking

Monitor students’ academic progress, pending work, test performance, and areas requiring additional attention.
Teacher & Academic Support





Coordinate closely with the main teacher regarding lesson plans, student performance, upcoming classes, tests, worksheets, and other academic requirements.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate with a PCM (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) background and Prior teaching or tutoring experience is mandatory.
Robust understanding of school-level Mathematics and Science.
Comfortable working with students across IB, IGCSE and ICSE curricula.
Ability to understand new concepts and teaching material quickly.
Training will be provided before final onboarding to familiarise the selected candidate with Saarthi Learning Studio’s teaching methods, academic processes, and expectations.

Able to check tests, homework, worksheets, and assignments accurately.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
