Alliance Group is looking for a agile and result-oriented Lean Coordinator to drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing Lean Manufacturing practices, reducing waste, improving productivity, enhancing process efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Poka-Yoke, Visual Management, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
Identify process improvement prospects to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
Conduct process studies and analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks and waste.
Coordinate Kaizen projects and monitor implementation progress.
Facilitate Lean awareness and training programs for employees at all levels.
Develop and maintain Lean performance dashboards and reports.
Support cross-functional teams in achieving operational excellence objectives.
Conduct internal audits related to Lean initiatives and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement culture across all departments.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Assist management in achieving productivity and cost reduction targets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
5–10 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred) will be an added advantage.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial operations.
Excellent communication, training and coordination skills.
