Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics Operations, preferably within the Diagnostics industry.
Candidates from the Diagnostics industry only are preferred.
Relevant experience in last-mile operations, fleet, riders, and route management.
Graduation is mandatory.
Candidates at the Executive level are requested not to apply.
Solid team coordination and operational management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage Last Mile Executives (LMEs), riders, and fleet operations.
Ensure timely blood sample collection from partner labs/pathlabs.
Monitor routes, SLA adherence, and last-mile operations.
Conduct daily follow-ups with LMEs for timely collection and money recovery.
Maintain and optimise lab and LME route data for better coverage and efficiency.
Monitor LME performance, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational and route-related issues.
