Civil Guruji Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Personality to join our team.

The role involves lead generation, calling, follow-ups, sales conversion, college visits, company collaboration & business development to promote our training programs.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
Explain training programs, fees, offers and enrollment process.
Generate and convert leads into admissions.
Visit colleges and educational institutions for business development.
Coordinate and organize workshops, seminars and career sessions at colleges.
Interact with students and generate quality leads.
Build and maintain collaborations with companies, organizations and industry partners for training, recruitment, corporate programs and other business opportunities.
Identify potential companies and initiate communication to explore partnership and collaboration opportunities.




Coordinate with companies for corporate training, employee skill-development programs, recruitment drives and placement-related opportunities.
Maintain lead records and follow-up status.
Coordinate with the internal team for lead conversion and student onboarding.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with calling as well as field/college visits.
Positive interpersonal and presentation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Sales/Telecalling/Business Development experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication and confidence can also apply.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
