Job Title: Sales Executive – Builders

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential customers for residential and commercial projects.
Handle enquiries, follow up with prospective clients, and convert leads into sales.
Conduct property/site visits and explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and facilities.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
Develop and maintain robust customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, CRM, and project teams for smooth customer handling.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings in the CRM.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions,



events, and other sales campaigns.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide regular updates to the Sales Head.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and customer requirements.

Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate/property sales preferred.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹10,053.07 - ₹20,000.00 per month
