A Junior Accountant / Entry-Level Accountant supports daily accounting operations, maintains financial records, and assists senior team members with reconciliations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Transaction Entry: Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, and bank statements into the accounting system.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, issue customer bills, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Reconciliations: Assist with monthly bank reconciliations, vendor statement reconciliations, and petty cash management.
Documentation & Filing: Organize, maintain, and archive financial documents, invoices, receipts, and tax records for easy auditing.
Taxation Support: Assist with basic tax compliance tasks, including gathering data for GST, TDS, or sales tax filings.
Audit Assistance:



Help assemble documentation and schedules requested by internal and external auditors.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com).
Experience: 0–1 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates and interns welcome).
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and fundamental Excel skills (data entry, basic formulas, sorting/filtering).
Core Competencies: Robust attention to detail, basic understanding of debit/credit principles, eagerness to learn, and numerical accuracy.

Pay: ₹8,593.90 - ₹15,000.00 per month
